Doug Rothschild, Senior Partner

Rothschild is a career business professional with a background in finance, taxation, the capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. He has held senior level positions in private and public companies, including KPMG, Peat Marwick, McGraw-Hill, and Xerox Corporation, and CEO positions with three entrepreneurial businesses he helped to transition from the private sector to the public sector. Mr. Rothschild's list of accomplishments include tax planning for US companies abroad, tax strategies for foreign companies in the United States, and a significant role in more than 150 mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and corporate divestitures. Over the past 20 years, he has assisted more than 50 entrepreneurial businesses in their transition from the private sector to the public sector. Mr. Rothschild is a published author with hundreds of articles and papers to his credit. He has also lectured at the college level and holds the title of Visiting Professor at several colleges and universities. In addition, he has served on the board of directors of several public and private companies, an international bank, two hospitals and two universities. Mr. Rothschild is a graduate of the University of the Virgin Islands, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and Baruch College of the City University of New York, and holds degrees in accounting, finance, and taxation.

Robert Rabeck, Partner

Mr. Rabeck is a professional with a wide assortment of skills in equity and debt markets, working at retail and institutional levels or both private and public companies. He formerly worked with the Hawk Group, an organization specializing in taking private companies public. He was the VP of Business Development and worked with all his clients from the beginning to the end of the funding cycle. Mr. Rabeck also worked with Preferred Securities, a retail brokerage house. With this organization, Robert gained a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the brokerage industry, typically selling stocks in the amounts of $200,000 and up. He is a graduate of the University of Miami, where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business and Psychology.

Tony Bundy, Partner

Tony heads Churchill & Associates (CA) institutional relations division with over 30 years of international experience in financial management positions with companies such as IBM, AT&T, General Motors, and Honeywell. Tony has spent many years developing and establishing wide-ranging networks of institutional investors while working and residing in England, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, and the U.S. He is contacted daily by major institutional investors all over the world seeking opportunities. These include insurance companies, pension funds, portfolio managers, banks trusts, and venture capitalists. Tony's specialties include negotiating term sheets, underwriting loans, and executing private investments in public entities.

Chris Smith, Managing Partner

Mr. Smith is a managing partner in Churchill & Associate's Georgia office, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, technology, real estate and other corporate finance matters.


Chris's M&A experience includes advising a variety of U.S. and international companies in their acquisition and disposal of assets. He has also represented venture capital and private equity groups on the formation and management of investment funds and in their investments in early and later stage companies. Chris also advises U.S. and foreign private issuers in connection with their U.S. capital raising activities (including Rule 144A, Regulation S and registered offerings) and their U.S. reporting obligations.

He has also lectured at the college level and holds the title of Visiting Professor at several colleges and universities. In addition, he has served on the board of directors of several public and private companies.

Mike Meminger, Director of Corporate Development for Global Markets

Mike graduated from Bentley University in Boston Ma with a BS Degree in Economics 1989. His experience is very vast beginning with Ernest and Young as a Taxation Analyst Specialist specializing in corporate audits and Litigation worldwide from there working for The Department of Revenue for the State of Massachusetts Child support division and Taxation. Partner in the internet company Speechworks specializing in voice activation services CFO and investment division raising total capital of $20 Million and IPO Structure. Startup Initial Capitalization of Company Mathworks INC to the tune of $10 Million dollars. Venture capital specialist to the tune of $100 Million for acquisitions for private equity acquisitions.


Mike has participated in several multi-million dollar acquisitions from Hospitals, Hotels, Car Dealerships, Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Funeral Homes, Banks, pipeline projects Acquisitions and funding expert. He has also participated in Several major development projects inner city and state tax credits program revitalization projects Harlem NY, Boston MA. Detroit Michigan
